what is the return policy?

how much does shipping cost?
shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. you will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
orders over $100 CAD qualify for free shipping.
why use sifter beads instead of a chashaku?
a chashaku or a bamboo scoop is traditionally made for measuring and transferring matcha, not really for scraping it through metal mesh. repeated scraping may wear down the bamboo and can eventually cause tiny shavings or splinters. you might drink these shavings.
sifter beads are designed to make the process easier. as you gently shake the sieve, they roll across the mesh, breaking apart clumps and sifting multiple areas at once.
the result is faster, more even sifting with less effort, while helping preserve both your chashaku and sieve!
how do i care for my products?
prior to use, we recommend hand washing with warm water and mild dish soap for best results. simply pat dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry completely.
to keep your beads in amazing shape, avoid letting moisture or dirt sit for extended periods. for daily care, you can gently use a soft brush (or coffee brush) to remove any excess powder from the weights between uses. when it needs a deeper clean, wash it with lukewarm water and let it air dry thoroughly.
once completely dry, store it safely in its collectible tin to keep it protected and ready for your next use!
